ResponsibilitiesSet upstream flows in Material Master for new references and product transfers.Responsible for inventory parameters and performance; track safety stock and UHS with continuous improvement.Focus on DIN 12 and reduction of extreme unhealthy inventory as main targets.Track UHS improvement trends and RCA in ONE MM.Code and validate exceptions.Ensure understanding of safety stock deviations.Update, maintain quality and consistency of key parameters in supply and stock management (e.g., replenishment lead time, quantity, frequency, stocking policy).Implement logistic solutions, batch size, lead time, packaging, ABC/FMR analysis, components stocking policy, and consignment stock.Implement rules and principles for supplier management.Utilize Lean tools for supply chain performance (e.g., VSM, E-VSM).Qualifications3 - 5 year college degree preferred.Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Kanban, and ROP.Experience in purchasing, inventory control, and order management.ERP system experience, preferably with SAP.APICS certification preferred, but not required.Strong analytical skills.Technical and problem-solving skills.Solid background in materials management and methodology.Excellent problem resolution skills, providing direction to multiple groups, resolving conflict, improving efficiencies, and driving continuous improvement.
