Responsibilities: Set upstream flows in Material Master for new references and product transfers. Responsible for inventory parameters and performance; track Safety Stock and UHS with a focus on continuous improvement. Target reduction of extreme unhealthy inventory (DIN 12). Ensure UHS is on improvement trend and track RCA in ONE MM. Coding and validation of exceptions. Understand Safety Stock deviation thoroughly. Ensure the update, quality, and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (e.g., Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy). Include logistic solutions, batch size, lead time, packaging, ABC/FMR analysis, components stocking policy, consignment stock. Responsible for the implementation of rules and principles of supplier management. Utilize Lean tools for Supply Chain performance: VSM, E-VSM. Qualifications: 3 - 5 year college degree preferred. English proficiency (80%). Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Kanban, and ROP. Experience in purchasing, inventory control, and order management. ERP System experience, particularly with SAP, is desirable. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. APICS certification preferred, but not required. Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Solid background in materials management/methodology. Excellent problem resolution skills, providing direction to multiple groups, resolving conflict, and improving efficiencies through continuous improvement. Schedule: Full-time
