Job DescriptionGeneral Description:1. Under this role the professional must have a background to follow up strategies of material management such as ABC, Purchasing Strategies, Planning Strategies following Corporate Inventory Strategy throughout lean methodologies2. Professional has participation with activities in Strategy projects (A3's) designed by either Supply Chain or other departments within the organization3. Professional is responsible to follow up and ensure the compliance of Inventory Policy, Procedures, Guidelines and Metrics.4. Under this role professional will help with audit findings providing Root Cause Analysis along with Corrective and Preventive actions, Using Lean Methods, and Solving Methodologies5. Professional is responsible of Analyze KPIs data and Get Root Cause Analysis, Preventive actions, and Corrective Actions using Lean Methods and Solving Methodologies6. Professional must participate and lead implementation dates for BOM changes either via Engineering Changes or BOM Deviations7. Professional must prepare and present executive Financial Reports8. Professional must develop projections of financial impacts for end-of-life products, Last Time Buys, Unique parts using as based line MRP information such as, Inventory, BOM's, ERP configurations, demand and prepare executive reports to obtain approvals9. Coordinate Activities related to Monthly, Weekly and Daily Cycle Counting Processes10. Coordinate special projects for either Obsolescence or Active Inventory11.Participate on design of annual projects for achieving or improving Inventory control metricsSpecific Requirements:Level I (Salary Grade G)One year experience in Inventory Control Area.Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
