Inventory Control Manager

In this role your responsibilities will be: Plan, organize and direct all activities of the raw material, MRO and finished product warehouses. Planning of receipts, Oracle data entry, allocation, storage, distribution, and assortment to production areas. Shipping of finished product or subassemblies to external and internal clients. Implementation of inventory controls that guarantee its veracity, both physically and in the MRP system and in the customs system (Prisma). Defines and ensures the implementation of practices that guarantee the well-being and safety of the personnel in charge. Preferred Qualifications that set you apart: Proven experience in inventory control, production scheduling, purchasing, and materials management. Proficiency in resource optimization, workforce, and cost. Proven experience in project management. Experience in using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement tools, as well as related improvement projects. Understanding of the flow of manufactured or purchased parts and materials and its effect on shortage control. Experience working under the ISO-9000 standard. Ability to lead and coordinate personnel effectively and develop work teams. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
