Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Inventory Control Manager located in Flex South Juarez.
Reporting to the Director, Materials, the Inventory Control Manager role is responsible for directing and coordinating activities of personnel engaged in material planning, distribution, inventory control, material research, purchasing, and supply chain management by performing duties personally or through subordinates.
What a typical day looks like:Coordinate the purchasing activities from demand loading, Clear to Build (CTB), Assurance of Supply (AOS) Mitigations, and Customer Order Fulfilment.Manage, control, and direct the activities and staff involved in the distribution of inventory to the production line.Manage, control, and direct staff to achieve Materials profit and loss goals including minimization of excess and obsolete inventory.Ensure the timely delivery of materials at the most economical cost, consistent with quality standards.Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through negotiations of customer expectations and managing and directing staff activities required to meet this expectation.Coordinate with customers, purchasing, project managers, operations managers, planning, quality, and warehouse managers.In charge of accurate inventory cycle counts and controls.
