**_Job Summary_**

Inventory controls - Set key indicators in SAP to allow finance team to follow up all inventory transactions in Qro MRP, identified issues related to delays on transactions that affect Fcst Accuracy.
Stalished controls to asure the disipline on material handling on warehouse and shopflor.
Ensure root causes are identified on material consumption variances and cycle count variances, and action plans are in place to solve found issues accross Qro bussines.
Cycle counts, this position will be in charge of cycle count team ensure this process deliver actions that improve inventory accuracy.
This position will set the startegy and hands on to build a pat to take Qro inventory accuracy to 95%.
The person in this position as well will support Finance team to mesure the financial benefits a high inventory accuracy wil deliver to Qro LIPE bussines.

- Stabish and follow up laging and leading indicators to identifies and solve inventory variances
- Be part of the team than lead Physical Inventory and follow up action plans to solve inventory varances agains SAP
- Participate on CI projects focuse on weahrehouse like 5S or lay out improvments.
- Participate or and lead 8 Ds or A3 methodologies to idenify solutions to inventory variance issues.

- Audit and follow up key transactions like FG confrirmations, Cogis, Scrap and E&O dispositions, non confomance material aging and inventory accuracy by area.
- Work with Sr Cost accountant, Engeniaring and Quality to identified and solve material consumbtion issues

**Qualifications**:
**_ Qualifications_**
- Education level required:_
- Bachelor degree in business, accountant, bussines administrator or similar.
- Years and area of experience required: _
- 3-5 Experience in a manufacturing environment with Mateials or / and Finance.
- Technical knowledge:_
- Knowledge Inventory controls -its a must, Working knowledge of electronic data processing systems as well as strong knowledge of spreadsheet software packages.
Knowledge of General Accounting and MRP in Inventory that enables the incumbent to solve daily and high exposure problems, Spreadsheet and overall computer.
- Soft skills:_
- Drive for Results, Ethical, Transparent, Accountable.
