The team member we are looking for needs to demonstrate a high level of customers service, problem solving, computer, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include ensuring the daily processing of shipments and receipts through ERP, working with production, warehouse, and accounting to reconcile inventories, incoming and outbound shipments while working along the receiving and shipping team.**Essential Duties and responsibilities**- Assist and work cohesively with all departmental team members to coordinate and process inbound and outbound shipments.- Identifies inventory errors and investigates count discrepancies.- Scheduling cycle counts as needed to maintain system integrity.- Review defective products and schedule returns to the supplier as needed.- Communicates to production promptly and accurately any discrepancies overages, shortages, additions, or adjustments to purchase orders.- Participate in physical inventory preparations, on site counting and reconciling.- Responsible for updating item conversions, transfers, and inventory adjustments in a timely manner.- Flexibility in accepting new duties and aiding co-workers is expected.**Minimum Qualifications**- At least 2-3 year of receiving experience in Inventory Control- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Outlook- Knowledge of warehouse flow & inventory reconciliation practices- Detail orientated and keep accurate records- Ability to multitask and communicate clearly with various type of personnel- Ability to work in a team environment with mínimal supervisionTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoExperiência:- Control de inventarios: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles (Obligatorio)
