The Inventory Control Specialist is a key role in our manufacturing operations, primarily responsible for coordination and execution of the inventory control department's procedures to achieve a 95% accuracy target and on-time. This position requires a meticulous approach to ensure that all products meet inventory control and support logistics and warehouse activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the information in the goods' materials list matches the data captured in the system.
- Perform cyclic counting of raw materials and finished products.
- Validate receipts and product outputs.
- Analyze results and compare them against system records.
- Identify weekly and monthly discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
- Generate weekly reports on inventory discrepancies.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related fields.
- Preferable knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Understanding of material storage.
- Proficiency in ABC inventory classification.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years in inventory or warehouse management.
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
- 70% proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology.
- Familiarity with FIFO system.
- Personnel management experience.
