Additionally, coordinating and encouraging data entry operators to maintain effective information entries into the system that do not affect inventory variations.
The main functions for this role are:
- Maintain and update inventory and material planning records.
- Count raw material, work in process, and finished goods in stock according to the weekly count schedule.
Also coordinate physical inventories.
- Report discrepancies between physical and computer records.
- Identify and resolve any issues in inventory management and processes.
- Preparation and maintenance of inventory reports - Review and placement of releases for suppliers according to Production Planning.
- Actively participate in engineering changes, coordinating the raw material part.
- Coordinate inventory levels in the construction phase, to maintain 0 obsolescence.
- Coordinate and lead all the typing groups, reviewing typing errors and helping to reduce them.
**Required Education: Bachelor's Degree/Industrial Engineering**

- Area of specialization: International Trade, Administrative, Industrial Engineer or similar.
- Specific experience: 1 to 2 years in manufacturing companies, mainly in the automotive area, applied knowledge in inventory management, materials planning and raw material purchases.
- Degree of proficiency in the English language: Bilingual, English and Spanishf) Knowledge of computer management: Office, Management of MRP systems, desirable MACOLA
