Inventory Database Analyst

Kurrent is hiring an Inventory Database Analyst who is detail-oriented and able to operate without uniformity across vendor reports while creating uniformity in the internal reports. This person will have a desire to compile, develop, and analyze the reports while being a team player. They will prepare and upload large Excel files, keeping all listings up to date and accurate. This team member will be professionally assertive with the mindset of a collaborator, able to communicate and initiate ideas, issues, and other contributions to the team. The Inventory Database Analyst will report to the Director of Data at Kurrent.Job Duties:Develop and analyze importable Excel data sheets to import into the company's software, including inventory from vendors, modify files, edits, and formula implementation.Update all the data in software for vendors and suppliers, including prices, inventory, etc.Review all data for errors for leadership team review.Rearrange and edit Excel sheets to put them in the proper format.Resolve which formulas will be used to edit data in bulk.Search and enter data manually to maintain company records.Prepare large data reports with elaborate accuracy.Collect data from multiple sources and combine accurately with the use of software and high-level Excel skills.Compile reports and provide data and analysis of reports, including brand, P&L, and costs.Keep coworkers in other departments up to date on product and cost for marketing and sales purposes.Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years of Microsoft Office experience (specifically advanced in Excel).3-5 years of experience working in similar roles.Experience with Acumatica (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
