Our success not only depends on our value proposition, but on the strength, knowledge and expertise of our employees.**Position Overview**:- The- **Inventory Flow & Warehousing Specialist **will play a key role in:- Reviewing existing relevant business processes across HES to identify opportunities for standardization / adoption of best practice- Prioritizing opportunities, selecting initiatives, gaining consensus across stakeholders and executing business process improvement projects- Partnering with the Corporate Business Process team to assure alignment on process standardization and the adoption of best practice- Drive improvement and ensure alignment with business needs- This position will report to the Materials Management Systems Architect and work closely with HES operations, Brand management, site-level management and customer service to drive standardization to support core business key metrics.**Skills and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).- Results-oriented with a track record of success in delivering on business objectives.- Exceptional judgment with a demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced environment.- Strong written and verbal communication skills with all staff levels and backgrounds.- Must have 5 years + experience in SAP across multiple functional areas including materials management, production planning & warehousing.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Identify key business processes and standardization / best practice opportunities
