Inventory Logistics Coordinator

At **Capita Works, **we strive to find the best talent in Mexico to work remotely for small and medium-sized companies in the US.We are looking for a top-star **Inventory Logistics Coordinator** to work as an essential part of one of our client's biofuels trading department.As an **Inventory Logistics Coordinator **some of your **key responsibilities** will be:- Schedules biodiesel supply and customer offtake at all offsite terminals to maintain constant flow of product- Provides back-up scheduling and inventory support for production plant as needed- Maintains internal inventory tracking system and reconciles with external terminal and railroad portals to maintain constant knowledge of product status- Tracks and communicates status of supplier and customer contracts**Requirements**:- American Visa (current or in the process of renewal).- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.- Advanced English (verbal and written).- Tech Savvy (experience using Zoom, Teams, Google).- Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel).- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.- Comfortable with problem-solving.- Experience in data entry.**IMPORTANT**This position requires several initial trips to our Fontana, CA terminal for training and initial staff engagement. It may also require future, periodic trips to this terminal or others if the need arises. All other routine workdays will be performed remotely.
