Transforming Information into IntelligenceMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.Inventory Management and Optimization AnalystThe role will expose you to Micron's end-to-end Supply Chain, working with various departments including Operations, Sales, Business Units, Corporate Strategy, and Finance.As an Inventory Management and Optimization Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work to develop and manage supply chain policies, inventory business processes or inventory optimization models.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement business processes and/or plans with internal stakeholders.Become a subject matter expert on all aspects of assigned current and future inventory reporting solutions and disposition systems.Evaluate new systems and processes, and conduct research, to provide innovative solutions to complex inventory situations.Analyze demand, supply, and shipment trends using statistical tools to identify opportunities and risks to business revenue plans.Create methodologies/automated processes to analyze, supply, solve, and find root-cause for supply shortages by data mining planning systems.Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in industrial engineering / supply chain management / data science / operations research.Proficient with data and analytics.Comfortable solving new problems in a fast-paced environment.Can adhere to specific weekly tasks and deadlines.Strong communication skills.Proven leadership skills.Knowledge of supply chain processes.Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.This role requires excellent skills related to data analysis and developing conclusions to complex problems.
