Inventory Management And Optimization Specialist

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management and Optimization Specialist to join our team at Micron. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing supply chain policies, inventory business processes, and inventory optimization models.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement business processes and plans with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts.Highlight and drive resolution to planning issues, such as gaps between roadmap strategy, manufacturing capability, market demands, and supply feasibility.Build optimization models on large data sets, analyze data, and summarize trends to partners.Understand the interaction of Supply Chain technology solutions associated applications used within Micron.Become a subject matter expert on all aspects of assigned current and future inventory reporting solutions and disposition systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, data science, or operations research.Proficient with data and analytics.Comfortable solving new problems in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and leadership skills.Knowledge of supply chain processes and the semiconductor value chain.Why Join Us:Micron is an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
