At Cápita Work, we are looking for an Inventory Management Coordinator for a biofuel company in US that provides scheduling support and manages renewable fuels inventories by interacting with terminals, suppliers, customers, and transportation providers daily.**Responsibilities**:- Schedules biodiesel supply and customer offtake at all offsite terminals to maintain constant flow of product- Provides back-up scheduling and inventory support for production plant as needed- Maintains internal inventory tracking system and reconciles with external terminal and railroad portals to maintain constant knowledge of product status- Tracks and communicates status of supplier and customer contracts- Tracks and communicates status of KPIs for other renewable fuels (ethanol, renewable diesel)- Builds and manages relationships with suppliers, customers, carriers, and terminal partners- Maintains close relationships with traders, third party terminal staff, and production plant staff to troubleshoot any challenges or issues that arise with suppliers, carriers, sales, transloading activities, inventory control, terminal operations, or any other associated logistics support on an as needed basis- Communicates and assists in solving any supplier, customer, or terminal issues- Audits third party inventory and demurrage charges- Facilitates and occasionally leads weekly virtual logistics meetings with terminal and customers- Creates daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports as required to support commercial supply and trading efforts**Experience**:- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of logistics work experience- Scheduling experience, preferably in the fuel industry- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets- Data entry experience- Excellent attention to detail- Excellent listening, written, and verbal interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational skills- Positive, can-do attitude that enjoys problem-solvingThis position requires several initial trips to our Fontana, CA terminal for training and initial staff engagement. It may also require future, periodic trips to this terminal or others if the need arises.
