Job Mission Responsible for the correct supply of direct and indirect materials with the authorized suppliers of the assigned product lines.
Main Activities Calculate Safety Stock and Re-Order Point (if applicable).Calculate average inventory and optimal inventory y division.Identify opportunities for inventory reduction, project development.Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveriesProactively identify possible stock outs and issue purchase orders.Proactively identify possible excess inventory and cancel purchase orders.Analysis of late or advanced deliveries by supplier and create action plan together with the buyer.Perform purchase order planning based on the delivery time of each of the suppliers.Prepare and update key reports to measure the performance of supplierRequirements Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering or related careers3-4 years of experienceSupply chain, inventory planning and control, Excel experienceSkills Orientation towards customer satisfactionEffective communicationCommitment to continuous improvementTeamworkOrientation to resultsPersonal and professional improvementWhat We Offer: Benefits above the lawGlobal work environmentGrowth opportunitiesMedical InsuranceCompetitive wage * Travel Required * Travel Required 10-20%
