Req ID Guadalajara, MexicoJob MissionResponsible for the correct supply of direct and indirect materials with the authorized suppliers of the assigned product lines.Main ActivitiesCalculate Safety Stock and Re-Order Point (if applicable).Calculate average inventory and optimal inventory by division.Identify opportunities for inventory reduction and project development.Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.Proactively identify possible stock outs and issue purchase orders.Proactively identify possible excess inventory and cancel purchase orders.Analyze late or advanced deliveries by suppliers and create action plans together with the buyer.Perform purchase order planning based on the delivery time of each of the suppliers.Prepare and update key reports to measure the performance of suppliers.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.3-4 years of experience.Experience in supply chain, inventory planning and control, and Excel.Advanced level of English.SkillsOrientation towards customer satisfaction.Effective communication.Commitment to continuous improvement.Teamwork.Orientation to results.Personal and professional improvement.What We OfferBenefits above the law.Global work environment.Growth opportunities.Medical Insurance.Competitive wage.Travel Required: 10-20%.#J-18808-Ljbffr
