.Date posted: 23-Jul-2024Business Function: Supply Chain/ProcurementPosition Type: Full-Time/RegularDescription We are hiring an Inventory Planner to play an active and influential role in driving inventory supply chain analytics. Expected to lead cross-functional partnerships with operations, finance, sales, and marketing to establish balanced score card targets and use stock policies to drive inventory performance to those targets. What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for the development and inputs to the safety stock and reorder point calculations within SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain (IBP). Will collaborate with material planners and other stakeholders on any overrides to IBP calculations based on external qualitative inputs and document changes using planning notes. Will collaborate with various stakeholders to support phase-in and phase-out inventory strategies for new products and products being culled. Lead or support monthly inventory performance reviews with cross-functional partners. Who You Are: Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or business-related field.
- Advanced English is a required.
- 3-5 years inventory planning or supply chain experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and solid presentation skills.
- Able to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Supply Chain Planning system experience is preferred (IBP preferred).
- ERP system experience is required (SAP preferred).
- Experience in Microsoft Office is required.
