You will participate in and engage in multi-disciplined supply chain and inventory focused project teams that support the organization's business strategies with a direct impact on business unit/function/site overall results.Key Responsibilities- The responsibility of this position is to maintain the Finished Goods continuous flow, from the Receiving process (Backflush), issue deliveries (OBDs) until the FG is shipped to TX55 or Drop Shipments.- Coordinate and supervision daily shipping activities, such as receipts (production backflush), issue deliveries for raw materials, samples and finished goods shipments.- Guarantee accuracy of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.- Ensure correct shipment of international orders- Support and solve customer's concerns on daily shipments- Communicate with carriers to coordinate shipments and delivery schedules- Coordinate end of month shipping activities- Report weekly and monthly KPI recordsYOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor Degree- Advanced English- Inventory cycle counts,Export shipments- OEA CTPAT KnowledgeWE VALUE- Familiar with standard inventory concepts practices and procedures- Ability to multitask- Team oriented- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Some experience working in inventoryAdditional Information- ** JOB ID**:HRD251763- ** Category**:Integrated Supply Chain- ** Location**:Av.
