Metal Mechanics Company is looking for a Warehouse Leader.
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Education: Industrial Engineer or similar - Essential
Objective: Ensure the processes of receipt, storage, shipping, supply, and evacuation (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP); Keep Inventory accurate and under control and highlight any deviation or obsolescence.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the processes of receiving, storing, and distributing goods.Ensure proper Inventory management and stock control, utilizing warehouse management systems.Track and report on logistics performance metrics, including Inventory levels, shipping times, and costs.Resolve any logistical or customs issues.Perform database updating, control, and administration of the Inventory of spare parts and tools assigned.Monitor and control Inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar.Proactive working style, result-oriented.Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.Intermediate Advanced English proficiency (B2).Experience with Inventory Management, SAP, and Data Analytics (Excel, Power BI) is required.Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in warehouse management and Inventory control.Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and barcode systems.Join us and be part of something extraordinary!
