**This opportunity is for you!**:We are now looking for an engineer like you that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area.The engineer that we need will require a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge; is capable of working whit multicultural teams within an international organization.**What you will do**:- Handle customer issues and bring dedicated support- You'll analyze the issue and will decide the best technical solution- Handle Software Update Management (SUM)- Mentor Remote Service Gateway (RSG)**You will bring**:- BSc Degree in Computation, Systems, Telematics, Telecommunication and any other related- Great experience as Linux Sysadmin and database knowledge (Oracle), it is also require to have experience configuring HP servers- Desirable experience as support engineer and experience working with networking protocols (Diameter, RPC, DNS, FTP, HTTP), virtualization (Dockers and Kubernetes) and Cloud (OpenStack) technologies- Service delivery experience in integration or support is a big plus- Excellent English level- A strong customer support attitude and eagerness to learn- Good communication skills, both written and verbal***:***:Nodes: BSS, SDP, OCC, CCN, Voucher Server, CRS, Revenue Manager, Account Finder.Tools: Wireshark.***:**Why join Ericsson?**:At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
