As an Investment Banking Associate Director, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including pitching clients, conducting valuation analysis, creating financial models, and executing M&A transactions. You will need to be adaptable, resourceful, and able to take ownership of projects, managing them from the early stages through execution.**Responsibilities**:- Supervising a team of analysts and associates and guiding them to achieve set goals- Initiate, manage and maintain relationships with our clients and various stakeholders in the industry- Conduct market research to identify potential areas of growth for our clients, monitoring industry trends, competition and emerging markets- Create financial models and prepare valuations for potential M&A transactions, pitch-books and other presentations- Collaborate with senior bankers to identify new business opportunities and create pitches that reflect the needs of different markets- Liaise with different parties, including legal, accounting, and regulatory departments to ensure that all aspects of the transaction are executed smoothly and efficiently- Prepare and review deal documentation, including confidentiality agreements, term sheets, and other legal documents- Analyze financial statements, market trends and other relevant information to develop insights and provide recommendations to senior leadership- Remain updated on new regulations and market trends, advising clients on new opportunities and assessing potential risks.- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients across different departments- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and external parties**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or related field. MBA/CFA will be an added advantage- 3-5 years of investment banking experience- Good understanding of financial markets and investment banking fundamentals
