**Roles & Responsabilities**:
- **Create and maintain presentation materials**:
- **Prepare quarterly letters and investment memorandums for investors**:
- **Responsible for logging all inbound investor inquiries and ensuring response to investors within specified timelines**:
- **Contribute to ad hoc business development initiatives and strategic projects**:
- **Coordinate internally and follow-up to ensure Investors Relations requests are completed in timely manner**:
- **Responsible for tracking investor lists, including all contacts related to each investor groups, mailing lists and coordinating updates with various external fund administrators**:
- **Support Investor Relations team with all reporting documents including drawdown notices, distribution notices, quarterly reporting, and tax reporting**:
- **Frequently communicate with development management team to provide effective property oversight**:
- **Participate in the due diligence process for new investments**:
- **Bachelor's degree required**:
- **0-3 years of experience working in real estate asset management, investor relations.
Knowledge and understanding of the real estate investment industry**:
- **Superior quantitative, analytical and presentation skills required, with exceptional attention to detail**:
- **Strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with investors and other partners**:
- **Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to manage high-priority initiatives simultaneously**:
- **Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT**:
- **Experience communicating and negotiating with wealthy clientele, lenders, and/or financial sophisticated audiences**:
- **Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments**:
