It is your chance to play a key role interacting with investors, shareholders, and the financial community. You will work alongside senior management, offering strategic insights, analyses and reporting on the different funds and portfolios. The position is based in Mexico City.What the job involvesWork together with the Investor Relations & Fund Management team to create and implement thorough communication strategies with investors.Analyse and prepare financial statements, profit announcements, and slideshows for shareholders, investors and analysts.Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry development.Organise and take part in investor conferences, roadshows, and other events involving investors.Respond to investor inquiries and offer precise and open details regarding the company's financial performance.Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis to evaluate the company's performance and potential for investors.Generate and maintain content for investors, such as press releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.Work alongside teams from various departments such as Finance, Accounting, and Legal to guarantee adherence to reporting standards and regulations.Keep abreast of industry news and market trends, sharing important updates with internal stakeholders.Build and nurture strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media to increase the fund's presence in the financial sector.Who we are looking forSolid understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts, with interest in commercial or residential real estate.Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within investor relations, fund management, equity research, or investment banking sectors.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or any additional degree is a plus.Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools.Attention to detail.Proactive and self-motivated individual, with strong interpersonal skills.English is a MUST.Ability to travel to the USA.
