**_Job Summary_**
Este rol se encuentra en el proceso de proveedores (cuentas por pagar
- preparación de facturas) en un entorno de SSC de alto volumen y rápido ritmo de procesamiento, ya que se procesan 500,000 facturas anualmente en los ERP SAP y ORACLE.
El puesto se encarga de preparar y procesar facturas con un alto grado de eficiencia y calidad.
**_Job Responsibilities_**
- Realizar la entrada de datos mediante el análisis de cada transacción para determinar los requisitos específicos del cliente.
- Monitorea y analiza volúmenes por grupo de productos (volúmenes pendientes de entrada).
- Revisa y monitoriza la carga de trabajo individual.
- Prepara reportes mensuales para las reuniones del equipo para medir el rendimiento del equipo.
- Recopila datos para posibles mejoras en los procesos.
- Capacita a los miembros del equipo en funciones/procesos primarios de entrada de datos.
- Realiza análisis y reportes de facturas bloqueadas para pago (on Hold), Antiguedad de saldos pendientes de pago (Aging), Revisión de partidas abietas para asegurar la calidad en el registro y pago oportuno, seguimiento a anticipos.
- Atención al cliente de forma eficiente.

- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, o Afín.
- Years and area of experience required:_
- mínimo 6 meses de experiência en cuentas por pagar.
- Technical knowledge:_
- Experiência y conocimientos en contabilidad y/o cuentas por pagar.
- Experiência en Oracle/SAP (Markview de preferencia)
- conocimiento en ATEB, Complementos de Pago
- Habilidades básicas de entrada de datos y/o procesamiento de facturas
- Experiência con Microsoft Office Suite o similar.
- Soft skills:_
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, atención al detalle.
Adaptabilidad al cambio.
Excelente actitud de servicio al cliente con buena ética de trabajo.
Altamente motivado, que puede trabajar bien en equipo o de forma independiente.
