Fanatics is also dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities where we all live, work, and play through strategic philanthropic initiatives.**Key Responsibilities**- Electronic Invoicing, notes of credit and notes of debit for all customers.- Management of ERP system for invoicing and data registration- Follow-up on accounts receivable from customers.- Monitoring together with sales representatives and their key accounts.- Creation and monitoring of aging reports.- Establishing a solid structure for payment projections.- Recording received payments and monitoring terms with each customer.- Validating electronic invoices.- Reviewing credit terms with customers (collection and credit policy).- Creating an action plan for overdue accounts.- Monitoring letters of credit for collections - new and previous ones.- Support with the policy and provision for bad debts and returns.- Supporting the office team and auditors when needed**Skills & Abilities**- Bilingual- Proficient in Excel- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience with a track record in similar industries- Deep understanding of business procedures- Excellent professional skills with attention to detail.- Tryouts are open at Fanatics!
