Invoicing Analyst

As an INVOICING ANALYST, you will approve invoicing and inventory transfers from PPG Mexico for accounting records in the Oracle system.

You will report to Finance Sr. Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Approve billing for all PPG Mexico locations.
- Approval of Inventory Transfers of all PPG Mexico locations.
- Record month-end policies.
- Approve invoicing within 24 hours after issuance of electronic invoice for accounting record.
- Elaborate re-invoicing and credit notes.
- Elaborate APA shipping orders.

**Qualifications**
- Certified Public Accountant or bachelor's degree in administration.
- Intermediate English.
- Knowledge of an ERP system.
- +1 year of experience in invoicing processes in manufacturing companies.
