About the job Be responsible to issue the invoices according with the procedure on time and with the accuracy need it.
Coordinate with Logistic the confirmation of the packing slip and then run the process to issue the invoices of the materials per truck. Prior to the invoices issue make sure that the materials listed on FG Warehouse contain all the elements need it to issue the invoice like Global Part Number, HTS Code, etc. Make cyclic counting, additional to logistics counting, to make sure that the material listed in the system are physically available. In case that some item does not have the Global Part Number coordinate with Logistics to requested. Generate together with Import Export department the paperwork for customs. Lead 5S and housekeeping initiatives of function Effectively allocate resources and prioritize assignments to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks. Reliable attendance a must Other duties as assigned Requirements Accounting or Administration degree on in progress. Education and minimum of 1 years in a similar position.
