As an INVOICING SPECIALIST EXPERIENCED, you will be able to handle everything that has to do with putting invoices together and sending them out to clients.
You will verify billing information, enter the amount due, and write out an itemized account of what the client is paying for.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients, and other Teams to resolve billing inaccuracies, perform various functions to support accounting department and billing processes.
- Ensure Client Data Delivery for reporting Activities, perform daily invoicing and resolve billing errors.
- Understand of AP and AR processes, also updates the financial database and performs general administrative duties.
- Multitasker, able to prioritize and execute many assignments in quick and efficient manner.
- Prepare vouchers, receipts, and checks by entering details into a company's financial system.
**Qualifications**
- Advanced Proficiency English
- Experience and working knowledge of ERP systems
- BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer Services Focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
