As an INVOICING SPECIALIST, you will handle everything that has to do with putting invoices together and sending them out to clients. You will verify billing information, enter the amount due, and write out an itemized account of what the client is paying for.
This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Queretaro and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients, and other Teams to resolve billing inaccuracies, perform multiple tasks to support accounting department and billing processes.
- Ensure Client Data Delivery for reporting Activities, perform daily invoicing and resolve billing errors. - Understand of AP and AR processes, also updates the financial database and performs general administrative responsibilities.
- Prepare vouchers, receipts, and checks by entering details into a company's financial system
**Qualifications**
- BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.
- Minimum 1 year' experience with AP
- Experience and working knowledge of ERP systems
