Talent is our world.**The Role**:Sales Order Team Leader has a critical role to play in that business change and is required to present good leadership skills as well as solid operational understanding of activities in a customer invoicing process in order to build and lead a high performing and engaged team located in Mexico.**Key Accountabilities**:A central Sales Order team in finance operations department will support the timely & accurate customer invoicing and a proper revenue recognition in AMS accounting ledger. The role will directly manage sales order specialist and coordinators.**Key Responsibilities**- Building and leading the local team of 4-10 Sales Order specialists in Mexico- Ensuring high team morale and performance in a right-sized team- Supporting Sales Order Manager and be a point of escalation for Sales Order team- Embedding a continuous improvement mindset and leading CI initiatives to improve quality, efficiency and to reduce the workload level seasonality (e.G
