The app serves as a critical tool for security workers and nursing home staff to raise alerts, with the alarms integrating into a larger monitoring system. As part of our development team, you will play a key role in improving the user interface and user experience, ensuring seamless functionality across multiple languages and devices.**Responsibilities**:- Lead the redesign and conversion process from Xamarin to iOS, focusing on improving UI/UX design and usability.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and requirements for the app.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas.- Implement designs into functional iOS app screens while ensuring compatibility with existing API calls.- Optimize app performance and responsiveness for various devices and screen sizes.- Work closely with the development team (using.Net) to integrate UI/UX designs into the app.- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative improvements.- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile app design and development.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience designing and developing mobile apps for iOS platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.- Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.- Experience with Xamarin and/or iOS development frameworks (Swift, SwiftUI).- Familiarity with API integration and understanding of backend systems.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.**Benefits**:- 100% remote work mode- Savings bank- Insurance of major medical expenses- Life insurance- Food vouchers
