****Roles & Responsibilities**:- Coordinate with CTO and Software Architecture the technologies and development processes to be followed for the apps.- Ensure good development practices are followed by the team.- Coordinate staff assignments for projects.- Conduct technical interviews when necessary to augment the team.- Conduct team performance evaluations.- Follow up with the team.- Making technical decisions that benefit both the team and the project.- Dealing with customers.- Support development if necessary.
**Required Qualifications**:- Experience in leadership roles.- Deep level of knowledge of Architectural patterns.- Experience with UIKit, SwiftUI, CoreData, Combine, and Mapkit.- Experience developing for Apple Watch.- Experience with managing apps in the App Store.- Hands-on experience in Unit Testing.
**Preferred Qualifications**:- Strong organizational skills.- Curious, resourceful, and eager to tackle new challenges.- Experience planning, designing, and implementing strategies for large-scale system software.- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment.
