This role requires someone with a deep technical background, leadership experience, and a strong business focus to deliver exceptional results.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of scalable, high-quality iOS solutions.Collaborate closely with our Principal Engineer to ensure optimal technical decisions for the iOS platform.Establish and maintain high QA process standards.Mentor and guide the Android engineering team, promoting a product- and business-focused approach to development.Ensure code quality and enforce coding standards across the team.Oversee the handling of on-call incidents, providing leadership and support during critical situations.Lead the team through technical discussions, code reviews, and the implementation of maintainable, secure code using industry best practices.Drive the planning and execution of the iOS roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Minimum Requirements7+ years of iOS development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.Experience working with Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java is nice to have.Expertise in Swift, with a deep understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and Core Animation.Familiarity with tools like Xcode, Git, Jenkins (or other CI/CD tools) and experience with automated testing frameworks such as XCTest.Strong problem-solving skills, and experience handling on-call incidents.Solid understanding of iOS app performance, memory management, and optimization techniques.Familiarity with App Store release processes.English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or higher.#J-18808-Ljbffr
