Posted 25 March 2024Salary Competitive Salary (DOE)LocationMexico CityJob type PermanentDiscipline Renewable Energy & InfrastructureReferenceGC-IPPBDM-03/24Contact NameGuillermo Camarasa**Job title**: IPP Business Development Manager**Location**: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site)The Green Recruitment Company is searching for a Business Development Manager to join a leading IPP to join their team in Mexico City.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the development of projects, including land acquisition, site selection, preliminary design and DA processes.- Identify potential development sites and manage feasibility analysis and due diligence to identify environmental, network connectivity, and land constraints.- Originate new projects and progress the development of our Client's portfolio through a structured project plan.- Coordinate development approvals and EPBC and oversee land acquisition for new projects.- Provide regular progress reports against project plans, reporting to project stakeholders and executive management.- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal project teams, external stakeholders, and the local community.**Requirements**:- Plus years in a Development role within the utility-scale renewable energy sector.- Experience managing large-scale Solar projects in Australia from conception through to approvals.- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.- Experience managing and developing project teams.- Ability to identify and manage risks associated with renewable energy projects.- Excellent communication, leadership and building strong working relationships.- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets and work in a fast paced environment.- Fluent English.**How to Apply**:
