This role operates within the Sales Support and Administration function, offering broad expertise across multiple disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to sales representatives and channel partners, including order processing, customer quotes, and sales information management.Utilize Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, etc.)
and Data Studio for data analysis, trend visualization, and reporting.Analyze data trends, visualize insights, and ask critical questions to drive decision-making and operational improvements.Collaborate with global teams across different cultures and languages to address and solve operational needs.Engage with production, management, leadership, and key partners in finance, operations, and legal to support business operations.Conduct forecasting and variance analysis to understand key financial metrics and inform decision-making.Transform key performance indicators (KPIs) into actionable and measurable plans to drive business success.Manage data collection, normalization, and exception reporting across multiple groups and stakeholders.Maintain and update business operational models based on financial changes, new products, and other influencing factors.Partner with global teams and leadership to develop, launch, and roadmap operational management platform technology using SCRUM/engineering methodologies.Interpret commercial contract terms related to Statements of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreements (MSA), & pricing models.Your QualificationsStrong understanding of financial analysis, including concepts like time value of money, depreciation, fixed cost allocation, and return on investment.Proven experience in leading deal discussions, performing financial analysis of costs and prices, and applying negotiation strategies.Excellent financial modeling skills, particularly using Excel
