**IS Assistant**:

In this position, you will provide general administrative help and secretarial assistance for our IS team in San Luis Potosi. You will act as a point of contact for enquiries, providing solutions for those within your scope, and escalating those that require it. You will be instrumental in the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures within the business, grading the urgency of issues, while providing confidential assistance to the management team.
**Your responsibilities**:
- IS Assistant - Support IS SLP Functional Services Hub,
- Collaborate with HUB Assistants to align local events, and communications, among other tasks.
- Organizing and participating in committees, preparing agendas, taking notes of decisions made by management, drafting IS communication, proposing and elaborating contents to be shared through IS Team communication and guaranteeing the proper distribution.
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases and producing reports and presentations for business leaders.
- Organizing and participating in committees, preparing agenda, taking notes of decisions made by management.
- Researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts and internal correspondence on behalf of the business manager.
**Your background**:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Administration or related.
- Two years of experience working in similar positions.
- Experience in an administrative or assistant role is considered a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with excellent planning skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
