The IS Communication Content Specialist supports the IS Consumer Facing Content Lead and is responsible to ensure consumer facing content is attractive, clear, concise, and understandable. Ensuring quality content permeates our narrative with the IS Consumer, contributing to establishing our reputation as a consumer centric provider of IS Services.
Your responsibilities Deliver content for multiple channels. Define and manage content plans. Contribution for the content, articles, having meeting with IT. Writing blog's vide scrips, article, mails. Connection between service owners and ideas. Supporting the transition from technical to consumer centric messaging. Perceived amount of copy and content required. Gaining timely feedback from the topic owners. Your background Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or related field. 1 – 2 years of experience managing and producing written content. Good communication and writing skills. Portfolio or examples of publications or written content will be a plus. Previous experience with IT content is preferable. Advanced English level.
