Provides technical and business process/data expertise by having understanding of systems and procedures, together with being current on emerging technologies to support on-going operations and/or development of new software.
Using in-depth knowledge, creates/assists the appropriate technical blueprint.
Defines the feasibility of a solution, its implementation, interaction with existing systems and improve cost-effectiveness of the project/product.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Every day is on site to Factory support.
- Support to manufacturing plant/GBS hub with everything related to IS, especially outside the scope of the GBS model (Scanners, Print labels, local solutions in the lines productions - Visual management, Andon, test cells, etc.).
Even many times he supports users when Wipro Service Desk/OSS are not available to provide a solution immediately.
- Support to local projects in the Factory and GBS Hub in San luis Potosi and he assists on weekends when the project requires it.
- Support fixed telephony
- Webex Calling - New lines, Transfers.
- Support level one to Video Conference Session - Surface hub SLP.
Following up on return of machines of the employees leaving the company and support to managers with backups required.
- Support to configure iPad, Tablets and mobile phones for employees, we have around 200 iPads in Mexico supported by local IS.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Engineering.
- 3 years of IT experience.
- Knowledge of video conferencing and telephony.
- Knowledge of working in factory and manufacturing supporting IT related issues.
- Advanced English level.
