Is/It Operations Engineer

1 / MISSION : Responsible for definition and regular follow-up of operations on IT systems of OPMobility: Windows servers and services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS and Exchange Office 365 cloud services connections (Azure AD, M365 apps, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange) Private cloud infrastructure running on VMWare SOC incident tracking and follow-up Communication and coordination of inter-site activities within the range of his/her activities Application of SLA where defined – With limited autonomy with respect to Matrix of SO/SE/SA 2 / MAIN ACTIVITIES: Regular IT Operational tasks Regular, systematic audits of all systems Coordination of his/her activities with Business Groups and Group IT techpole team Reporting of activities in written form 3 / Project Management: Manages his/her part of projects in which he/she participates. Insures the proper coordination on large/complex tasks between all. Provides planning and reporting on his/her activities. 4 / Continuous Improvements: he/she is expected to propose improvements for his/her jobs, organization and methodology within the range of his/her responsibilities and formalize them in written form (ex.: analyzes of capacities, etc.)
