Reporting to the Manager Systems Infrastructure, you will be contributing to support to assess and drive Facilities critical infrastructure implementations and improvements in the availability of Remote Site Computer Rooms.Key responsibilitiesExecute the Compliance KPIs Dashboard ensuring ISMS health, providing support to all activities related to Controls, Findings, Remediation plans, and Metrics.Ensure the delivery of Planning and execution of IT FACILITIES CAPEX: alignment with Market IT FRM/finance/procurement areas, check point controls, status reports, escalations, etc.Ensure the Planning and execution of IT FACILITIES OPEX: alignment with finance/procurement areas, check point controls, status reports, etc.Execute elaboration and negotiation of RFPs for preventive/corrective maintenance contracts on IT FACILITIES equipment.Execute Purchase Orders coordination with Markets (creation request, follow-up, budget).Support IS/IT strategic service partners to provide the required level of service, system performance, and functionality required to meet business commitments.Support the relationship with suppliers for ongoing daily operation and Markets.Support Planning and coordination of yearly obsolescence replacement in all sites.Required ProfileBachelor's degree in business (IT management), engineering, or IT.2+ years of experience supporting preventive maintenance to mission-critical data center/computer room infrastructure (Diesel Generators, UPS, HVAC, Fire Suppression, Access Control, Copper/Fiber Cabling Technologies, etc.).2+ years of Data Center/Computer Room Assessment, Design, and project management experience.2+ years of demonstrated experience working with Building Construction General Contractors and Low Voltage Cabling Vendors.Experience with Agile Framework using Azure DevOps, Jira, or related tools.3+ years of demonstrated knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX planning and execution.Experience with hybrid Datacenter environments and Datacenter infrastructure.Experience with Power BI, Power Apps.REQUIRED: experience with Orion Monitoring Tools, Building Automation Systems, and Ccure 9000 Access Control.Project and Product Management knowledge
