**Key Responsibilities**:
- Through Agile practices, deliver End-to-End Secure and Compliant Data Center / Computer Room design and Facilities infrastructure implementations. Provide support to assess and drive Facilities critical infrastructure implementations and improvements in availability of Remote Site Computer Rooms.
- Perform capacity planning, monitoring, Compliance Assessments, and end of life replacements as required.
- Ensure that service outcomes achieve business objectives (as defined in the overall sourcing strategy).
- Secure partner delivery quality and value for money by providing transparent IS/IT partner performance metrics (in accordance to contracts and agreed governance with the partners).
- Assess and manage risk in the vendor ecosystem involves assessing the key categories of financial, operational, compliance, strategy and geographic risks.
- Measure, monitor and provide transparency on all aspects of IS/IT performance (product group key value indicators, IS/IT workforce, IS/IT transformation, ) to support IS/IT and functional management's decision making.
- Organize and Chair in-scope partner(s) governance: manage periodic reviews, share metrics, define action plans and monitor actions.
- Support the Product Group management to drive business value through increasing vendor productivity and managing the service risk. Provide contractual parameter input, tools, frame agreements to support contractual negotiations.
- Feedback learnings to PDM Demand Management Lead for inclusion into Sourcing Strategy review.
**Required Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in business (IT management), engineering or IT
- Managing cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way.
- Good contract management and negociation skills.
- 5+ years of IT Facilities experience supporting and executing prevent maintenance to mission-critical data center / computer room infrastructure (Diesel Generators, UPS, - HVAC, Fire Suppression, Access Control, Copper/Fiber Cabling Technologies, etc.)
- 5+ years of Data Center / Computer Room Assessment, Design and project management experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience working with Building Construction General Contractors and Low Voltage Cabling Vendors
- Experience with Agile Framework using Azure DevOps, Jira or related tools
- 3+ years of Demonstrated knowledge of CAPEX / OPEX planning and execution.
- Experience with hybrid Datacenter environments and Datacenter infrastructure
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps,
- REQUIRED: experience with Orion Monitoring Tools, Building Automation Systems, and Ccure 9000 Access Control
- Project and Product Management knowledge
- Experience in effective communication at different level in the organisation
