Your responsibilitiesCoordinates with Network service provider staff to validate network alerts, issues and changes.Performs assigned activities in the event management, service level management, problem management processes to ensure delivery of IS Services.Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)Collaborates with IS suppliers with regard to the operational implementation of outsourced activities and/or the current license usage, consistent with existing agreements.Conveys architecture, standards, policies, norms, and guidelines to IS Supply.Responsible for assessing and providing recommendations relating to trend analyses of incidents, working with the relevant IS Service Coordinators.Approves/rejects resolution of problem tickets.Analyze current service performance for potential problems and improvement.Support global vendors in analyzing problems and developing solutions.Run and monitor continuous technology improvement projects.Propose and evaluate business case for changes or new services.Evaluate service refresh and new services.Maintain a daily cooperation with global vendors and work with them to ensure service level targets are met.Support global vendor to resolve major incidentsYour backgroundBachelor´s Degree in Information Systems or related careers.3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure services on alarge and complex scale.Experience working with suppliers.
