**IS OSS Service Representative**:

As an Information Systems (IS) OSS Service representative, you will be responsible for representing OSS to the business and ensure services are delivered at the highest quality. Reporting SLAs and workload, implementation of more walk-in centers, administrating walk-in locations, and coordinating service delivery together with the business. Introducing new services including but not limited to shared environment support, Printing support and Conference room support.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Being a representative from the OSS service management team towards the business and country stakeholders.
- Handling all non-standard requests from the business. Handling all escalations from the business.
- Monitoring the OSS service delivery metrics.
- Developing and implementing walk-in centers throughout the region.
- Ensuring a smooth operating Environment.
- Audio & video conference room support for Microsoft Teams Rooms (Poly, Lenovo, Crestron Flex, Crestron NVX).
- Configure and manage multi-function printer (MFPs) and printing solutions including large MFP devices (Xerox),
- Support end users with secure printing solution (VPSX).
- Work with Country Infrastructure team on staging and refresh projects.
- Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services.
- Provides leadership, guiding and monitoring task completion.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an enterprise End User support role.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and ability to work alone or with a team.
- Experience working in a demanding environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office.
- Extensive Windows 10 knowledge and support experience.
- Bilingual Spanish and English.
