**Project Manager III****Summary**At the IS SSC, the primary purpose of the **Project Manager III** role is to lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects. The **Project Manager III** must do this within scope, to an agreed quality, and within time and cost constraints, in alignment with Hershey's Standards and Methodologies. These factors may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value.**Responsibilities****_Project Management_**- Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of medium-large-complex projects.- Adopts and adapts project management methods and tools. Ensures that effective project monitoring and control processes, change control, risk management and quality processes are employed and maintained.- Monitors and controls resources, expenses and capital expenditures against the project budget.- Manages the expectations of key project stakeholders.- Provide effective leadership to the project team.- Produce and maintain project documentation aligned with standard Hershey PMO Methodology.- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.- Implement the project communication plan and status reports.- Ensure that project goals are achieved and in line with business objectives.- Assign duties and responsibilities to project personnel and define the scope of their authority.**_Portfolio Management_**- Produces reports as appropriate for portfolio governance**_PMO Governance_**- Collaborate on building and establishing the PMO Governance for IS International**Education****_ _**Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration, or similar. Master's degree or advanced certification preferred.**Experience**- 5+ years' experience in project management leading medium-large-complex scale projects through waterfall and agile project methodologies in midsized to large companies.- 5+ years leading projects managing staffs from multiple organizational functions, business units and external vendors.- 5+ years of professional experience implementing IT multi-country solutions as well as leading local and remote resources.- 4+ years of demonstrate strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to support interaction with different levels of stakeholders.- Proven track record collaborating effectively with business teams and IT organization, translating requirements into a project plan and roadmap.- Proven problem-solving and decision making to address project issues and risks.- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects, competing priorities and adeptly re-prioritize based on changing needs.- Pluses:- PMP / Agile Certification- Experience with Clarity PPM and Rally- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or retail industryLI-MM2LI-Remote
