.This position reports toIS ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, the Lead defines service line(s) in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers.
The work model for the role is #LN-Hybrid.
This role contributes to the IS Services in Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:Accountable for user access management services across ABB delivered through AD/AAD and other CIEM platforms.Responsible to design, implement and maintain the framework to deliver the UAM services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer's expectations.Manage the most important Authentication and Authorization services delivered via AD.
If either service is partly down, it will create several high-severity outages because authentication to the majority of services is dependent on authentication via Active Directory / Azure Active Directory / Entra ID (AD/AAD).Maintain a very tight control on UAM services to ensure all users have the required access without interference.
In the future, this service is anticipated to have Cloud Entitlement management.Serve as the escalation point in case of a severe problem in the service and work with the service line to get the service back on track.Attend all regular internal and external review meetings to ensure service is properly managed.Qualifications for the role15+ years of cumulative working experience in IS services.A Study of Computer Sciences (Bachelors or Masters) or equivalent program is required.AD/AAD user access management is foundational to IT services.User Access Management (UAM) via AD/AAD is foundational to IT services.Proficient in written and spoken English.Managing team size of 3-4.ITIL Foundation Certified required.Good to have CISSP, CISM, MCSE, MCITP, MCSA – AD, AZ900 and other AAD certifications.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
