_**Primary Purpose Summary**_
The primary purpose of the IS Delivery Support team member is to support the end-to-end delivery of projects and changes within their domain and in some cases also manage the correction maintenance or small evolution on the current processes.
Her/his skills will lead her/him to be a referent to his colleagues within the IS organization. She/he will coordinate a team in the framework of projects or within a functional team.
- Responsibilities_
The IS Senior Specialist provide functional/technical support following the relative guidelines, policies and procedures to meet the user requirement. She/he will be able to suggest to Business counterpart solution enhancement as well as drive those changes in the organization. She/he will promote the team output to improve and streamline best in class processes in a joint work with the BPIM. She/he will be recognized as a partner that brings added value to the organization. She/he will be involved in budget definition and actuals execution and be in the position to explain any variance.**Responsibilities**:_
Ø Support project and change delivery by providing analysis, estimating, and implementing changes that improve business outcomes.
Ø Responsible for "maintaining the core" = process consistency and quality across Aptar regions and segments.
Ø Responsible to deliver activities in projects and software changes within their domain.
Ø Support the continuous solution improvement via alignment and work with the IS Delivery Manager(s)
Ø Responsible for the IS Support Service Level Agreement for their domain.

- **Education**_
Ø Bachelor's degree in (Business administration/Engineering/ Finance or Equivalent) or at least 7 years in similar position
Ø Fluent in English, nice to have: French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish
Ø SAP Certification and Finance and Controlling is a Plus
- **Experience**_
Ø Experience in at least 3 global SAP S4 Hana Enterprise Implementation Projects
Ø Experience in International environments and projects.
Ø At Least 7 years in full end to end SAP Implementation Projects
Ø Experience on Packaging/Molding Global Industry is a Plus
Pay: $64,356.25 per month
