Define all aspects of development cycle from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards- Record software architecture in a software architecture document using use cases.
Maintain and evolve software architecture documents based on evolving system requirements and industry trends and technologies.
Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers**Experiência y requisitos**- English (85%) - Relevant experience, ideally having implemented and project-managed at least two large, multi-plant complex integration projects (internal or vendor-based systems)- Experience in maintenance and support of Microsoft and other operating systems, database technologies and related hardware systems architecture- Hands-on experience with technologies such as XML, Web Services, Microsoft.NET, SQL, and Web Forms Builder.
Experience with integration of enterprise-wide systems (e.G.
Tier One or Two ERP, PDM, etc).
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills - effective ability to communicate across all levels of an organization- Strong analytical skills- Strong project management skills.
PMP (or equivalent) certifications a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours- Excellent Time and task management and strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders.
