Rotations are targeted development roles focused in various functional areas, including:- Manufacturing Engineering- Quality Engineering (Supplier Quality, Product Quality and/or Field Quality)- Manufacturing Operations (small group supervision/people management)Program associates will contribute to the business goals and growth initiatives through cross-functional, purposeful experiences enhancing professional growth while learning about the entire Integrated Supply Chain organization.Throughout the two-year program, associates will have:- develop skills in both data analysis and project management.- opportunities to participate and lead cross-functional project teams.- challenging levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility within the organization.- exposure to and responsibility for industry leading technology solutions.- individual training/development and mentoring in a continuous learning environment.Rotation flexibility is an important component of this Program. This two-year rotation program could include assignments at all Rockwell Automation facilities in Monterrey, Mexico. Each Program associate will perform in a full-time professional capacity throughout each rotation in the program.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with a strong record of academic achievement (No more 2 years after graduated)- Legal authorization to work in Mexico is required.
