As an ISC Project Management Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing project management activities within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) function. Your expertise in project management methodologies, coupled with your strong leadership and communication skills, will ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives. Your ability to manage resources effectively, drive cross-functional collaboration, and mitigate risks will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. You will report directly to our Director of Operations, and you will work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chih. Location.

By effectively managing and executing projects, you will drive continuous improvement, optimize costs, and ensure on-time service delivery to customers. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and oversee project management activities within the Integrated Supply Chain function
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and mitigate risks
- Monitor project progress, cost, budgets, and resource allocation, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness
**MUST HAVE**:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the supply chain, Engineering, Product Management, and/or Program Management.
- Advanced English
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities - Proficiency in using project management software and tools
